I returned two weeks ago from an AMAZING trip to Itlay. It was my first time there/ overseas.
I spent 4 nights in Rome, 2 in Cinque Terre and then a week in Tuscany. A truly amazing, humbling experience. I was fortunate meet and rent a room from a fellow EDMer Barbara. It crazy how the internet helps connects us all over the world. I am so glad I got a chance to meet and spend time with her and her family.
What a wonderful way to chronicle a trip. Spending the time to sketch what you see instead of snapping a photo and running I'm sure makes for a much more memorable time.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely breathtaking Genine! Italy is one of the most recommended countries to visit if you're anywhere near Europe. I am definitely coming back for that someday, but I dread visiting some place new alone.

Wonderful sketches and memories for you to have! I love the coliseum and the trees. Takes me back to a few years ago when I was visiting Rome. I have photos, but no sketches :(
