Cottage Sketch

We rented a cottage on lake Ontario last week so I sketched these from my chair on the break wall.

I went for a walk to pick up dinner and stopped on the way back to sketch this building and it's cute little vegan restaurant (had to cross the street to take the picture)

Art....the music kind

it's not mine but it is my wife's and we are so excited right now.


Yesterday she starting to record her new album with the amazing producer, singer / songwriter David Chance and has launched her Kickstarter campaign.

It's been a great creative journey and I am looking forward to see where this new path leads to.

Dragging myself out....

To hear Lucinda Williams at party in the park. Sat in the grass and sketched but had to go home early. The bronchitis, got the best of me :)

Being sick is no fun...

But getting flowers is :) 

And when you have to wait for medicine at least there's free time to sketch. 

Rochester Jazz Festival

Our meetup group met for a few hours on the first night of te jazz fest and ha a great time listening and sketching
